Payment options

  • Credit card payment options are provided on every purchase page. This is our preferred method of payment as it streamlines the entire ordering and processing workflow.
  • If you experience problems using a credit card, or prefer make payment via EFT/Direct Credit or Telegraphic Transfer, please arrange payment using the bank account information below.
  • If you prefer not to purchase online please request an invoice (we will need your full company contact details or an official order form and the number of staff you have) - this can be set up to re-issue automatically each year (usually on the 1st day of the month prior to your anniversary date).

Credit Card or PayPal

Our website provides for payment using Paypal or Credit card (via Stripe or Paypal’s processing service) and is a convenient method of providing a clear audit trail for customers and instant notification to our admin staff - activations get issued faster and we can easily process refunds for overpayments etc.

Credit Card is our preferred method of payment and reduces delays in issuing activations.

Pay by Direct Credit

You can pay for products, services and invoices by direct credit to our bank account. Payments must be made in NZD for NZ and Samoa and in AUD (or converted to NZD) for all other countries.

Please quote your invoice number and/or program serial number and/or company name so that your payment can be allocated correctly.

Phone order/Mail order Credit Card payments

Sorry, we do NOT accept credit card payments over the phone or by any other means than through our website.

Pay by Telegraphic Transfer

If you wish to pay by Telegraphic Transfer then please note that it can take up to 10 days before payment is received and processed (the other methods above are usually processed the same or next working day).
