We also offer a data conversion service from many other payroll systems - requiring only that the data be emailed to us in a ZIP file (or post on CD, DVD or USB data key) for processing. If we are able to successfully or partially transfer your data, we then return the imported data in a format ready for checking. There may be a charge for this service. Stuff you need to know:
- SmoothPay provides correct SARS tax calculations, UIF, SDL, superannuation handling and direct credit file production (Standard Bank, others added on request)
- Further localisation (reporting) is currently under development (we need your help, click here to email us)
