Pacific Islands Payroll
At SmoothPay we recognise that economic circumstances are not always the same as they are in NZ and Australia, and that good business software solutions can be very expensive, have poor localisation and little in the way of support, so instead of charging our full NZ or Australian prices, we adapt the cost to suit the local economy.
SmoothPay/Gold payroll is available for local price value equivalent in many Pacific Islands, from as low as NZ$79.95 per year (includes tax updates, email support, no limit to the number of employees being paid). If phone and desktop support and training are required, then a separate support contract is available for only NZ$99 per year. This special pricing is limited to company's processing their own payroll - for bureaus, accountants etc. who process payroll on behalf of clients, normal retail charges apply.
If required we will specifically localise the product for local legislative requirements, including terms used by agencies (IRS/PAYE/GST/VAT/SUPER etc) as well as any legislative reporting (earnings summaries/certificates, superannuation schedules, bank reporting and electronic file production for all these agencies, as well as a customised (if necessary) pay advice).
Of course, localisation requires that we have adequate details of local requirements, along with reliable contacts in various agencies so that requests for more information and knowledge of any legislative changes (e.g. tax rates) can be made with minimal delay. This way, whenever the tax rates or superannuation rules change, we can quickly implement these rules and deploy an update - which SmoothPay downloads and installs automatically, keeping your systems right up to date.
We also offer a free data conversion service from MYOB (NZ and international versions), as well as most other NZ payroll systems - requiring only that the data be emailed to us in a ZIP file (or post on CD, DVD or USB data key) for processing. If we are able to successfully or partially transfer your data, we then return the imported data in a format ready for checking. Click here to email your zipped data.
