We provide exceptional support and update services too. Whenever the tax rates or superannuation rules change, we can quickly implement these rules and deploy an update - which SmoothPay downloads and installs automatically, keeping your software right up to date.

We also offer a data conversion service from MYOB (NZ and international versions), as well as most other NZ payroll systems - requiring only that the data be emailed to us in a ZIP file (or post it to us on CD, DVD or USB data key) for processing. If we are able to successfully or partially transfer your data, we then return the imported data in a format ready for checking. There may be a charge for this service. Click here to email your zipped data.
